Lisa Perlstein is a play-based learning designer, children’s author, and educator.


Drawing on years of university teaching, research, and program development experience, she creates thoughtfully structured, play-based learning experiences for young children.

Her workshops use stories, movement, conversation, and hands-on activities to help toddlers and preschoolers explore important values in ways they can understand and practice.

Lisa is based in Atlanta. Her first Kedi & Jake book, Meet Kedi & Jake: A Story About Love and Kindness, introduces young children to kindness through story and play.
