About the Author
Lisa Perlstein is the creator of the Kedi & Jake series, inspired by the real-life bond between her son and their family cat. A former professor, she never planned to write children’s books until becoming a mother and seeing firsthand the power of a simple story.
Today, Lisa weaves social-emotional learning into heartfelt adventures that turn values like kindness into everyday practice. The series helps families and educators connect through storytelling to create meaningful moments that grow with a child.
